Our Yamantaka statue portrays the wrathful embodiment of Manjushri – “Bodhisattva of Wisdom”. Yamantaka is the “Conqueror of Death” because he has transcended the cycle of rebirth. Additionally, he defeated Yama – the “God of Death” and keeper of the hell realms. To defeat the god of death, Yamantaka appeared with the head of a bull and eight other ferocious faces. He also has 32 hands holding sharp weapons and 16 legs that trample on negativity. Our Yamantaka statue stands within the flames of pristine awareness that consume all neurotic mental states.
World Class Yamantaka Statue
This statue was handmade using the traditional lost wax sculpting method. Indeed, the complexities of the statue are displayed in intricate detail and the faces are hand painted giving them a truly frightening appearance. As a result, the Nepali artisans have long been the source of the Tibetan monasteries for sculptures and ritual items. Therefore, the buyer can rest assured they have procured a monastic quality Yamantaka statue.
At the request of the buyer, we can adorn the crowns and jewelry of the statue with turquoise and red coral stones before delivery. As a result, the colors will highlight the statue features and inspire all those who see it.
